Bianca Siane Moitshepi joined Maswabi Law as a Pupil Attorney on 24 March 2025, pursuing her pupillage in conjunction with her role as Legal and Compliance Manager at DLR Fiduciary Botswana. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Botswana and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Botswana, with her dissertation expected to be completed by October 2025.

Bianca brings a wealth of experience in legal and compliance matters, overseeing regulatory compliance, trust administration, and advising clients on corporate governance and AML/CFT regulations. Her legal journey includes valuable exposure gained in private practice, where she honed her skills in litigation, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution. She further broadened her expertise in insurance law during her time at Insure Guard, deepening her understanding of risk management and policy compliance.
